The Feedtronic 5005 is an advanced electronic silo weighing system engineered to deliver highly accurate restrictive feeding for breeder and pullet houses-where precise feed management is essential.

Designed for flexibility and control, the system can operate two independent feed augers from two separate silos, enabling efficient distribution to both male and female feeding lines.

Smart Feeding Control

  • Operates male and female feeders using the unit’s real-time clock.
  • Can be connected to our DCS for remote monitoring and management.

Reliable Performance & User Focused Design

The Feedtronic 5005 offers precise, user friendly operation with simple installation, making it ideal for restrictive feeding environments. It supports connection to 2, 4, or 6 leg silos.

Operational Highlights

  • Displays individual feed quantities for each silo.
  • Provides up to 64 unique restrictive feeding quantities.
  • Shows daily feed usage per hopper and overall flock consumption.
  • Includes battery-backed memory to safeguard data during power failures.
  • Automatically stops auger motors and activates alarms in cases of malfunction or empty silos.
  • Built in calibration program enables easy configuration via the front panel keyboard.
  • Activates feeding schedules using real time clock and programmable timers-up to 8 activations per 24 hours.
