The FeedTronic 2002A is a user friendly, precise, and cost effective electronic feed weighing system designed specifically for restrictive feeding in pullet and heavy breeder operations. The system also records both feed and water consumption, making it well suited for broiler production environments.
In broiler houses, the FeedTronic 2002A displays the exact daily amounts of feed and water, as well as total feed consumption throughout the entire growing period.
The system can distribute precise quantities of feed up to eight times per day and includes a built in on/off timer to control feed lines with the same frequency.
Reliable, Stand Alone Weighing System
The FeedTronic 2002A is a complete, stand alone system consisting of three main components:
Designed for easy installation and intuitive operation, the unit includes an internal calibration program that allows the user to perform self calibration at any time. All settings and data are accessible through the onboard display and keyboard.
In the event of a power failure, all weighing data is automatically stored and preserved.
Smart Feeding & Consumption Tracking
The system records both daily and total feed and water consumption for the entire production cycle. When the drum empties, the unit automatically activates the auger motor to refill feed.
Using the built in keyboard, the operator can preset any restrictive feed quantity required.
The internal real time clock allows the system to be programmed for up to eight activations per day, delivering exactly the programmed amount before automatically stopping.
A separate external clock may also be used to control feed lines up to eight times daily with a defined runtime.
