The Temptron 616 is a complete, low-cost climate controller designed for advanced tunnel-ventilated poultry houses. This 16-stage controller operates based on static pressure control, ensuring precise environmental management.

Ventilation and heating are automatically regulated according to the birds' age and weight, delivering optimal performance throughout the entire growing cycle.

Versatile Ventilation Modes

The Temptron 616 operates minimum ventilation using either speed regulation or as an on/off minimum ventilation timer, with automatic transition from minimum ventilation to maximum tunnel ventilation.

The system features four distinct ventilation phases:

Minimum Ventilation: Draws air through the inlets
Transitional Ventilation: Tunnel ventilation drawing air through the inlets
Natural Ventilation: Utilizes side curtains for natural airflow
Tunnel Ventilation: Full tunnel ventilation drawing air through the cooling curtain

Advanced Climate Control for Poultry Houses

The Temptron 616 is an easy-to-operate climate controller designed for advanced tunnel-ventilated poultry houses. This comprehensive 16-stage controller integrates seamlessly with fan speed regulators and light dimmers. Ventilation and heating are automatically regulated according to the birds' age and weight to ensure optimum results throughout the growing cycle.

The unit intelligently links air inlets and cooling curtains to the fans based on programmed fan stages or static pressure control, ensuring proper ventilation during the entire growing period.

Comprehensive Monitoring & Control

The Temptron 616 includes multiple programmable time clocks for automated operation of feeders, lighting, and water systems. Built-in alarms monitor high and low temperatures as well as power failures. The system registers water and feed intake, minimum temperature, and humidity levels over 24-hour periods.

Full remote control is available, with the ability to download and upload information via the Agrologic DCS unit to any internet connected device.
