TempTron 610

The TempTron 610 is an easy to operate, high performance climate controller designed specifically for tunnel ventilated poultry houses. This robust 10 stage controller includes an optional output for a variable speed fan regulator, enabling flexible and efficient ventilation management.

The system provides outputs for:

• 1 heater.
• 5 fan stages.
• Cooling system.
• Inlet / cool curtain.
• Alarm output.

System Inputs

• 6 analog inputs for temperature, humidity, and static pressure sensors.
• 4 digital inputs for water and feed recording, as well as digital feedback from inlet or cooling curtains.

Intelligent Environmental Control
Heating and ventilation are automatically regulated according to the birds’ age and weight, helping producers achieve optimal growth performance. Built in temperature reduction and weight increase curves adjust climate conditions as the flock matures.

Additional automated features include:

• Minimum ventilation curve
• Temperature reduction curve
• High humidity response, increasing ventilation and stopping cooling when humidity exceeds set levels
• Smooth transition from minimum ventilation to full tunnel ventilation based on temperature and flock weight.
• The controller links air inlets and cooling curtains to fan groups, operating according to programmed fan stages or static pressure feedback to ensure balanced and efficient airflow.

Monitoring, Safety & Data Recording
The Temptron 610 includes comprehensive alarm functions, such as:

• High and low temperature alerts
• Inlet or cooling curtain motor malfunction
• Temperature sensor failure detection The unit automatically logs:
• Water consumption
• Feed consumption
• Minimum temperature
• Minimum humidity

over rolling 24 hour periods.

Connectivity & Management
Full remote connectivity using the DCS remote unit enables centralized programming and control ensuring seamless integration with farm management systems.
